Opinions On The Most Unpopular MK4 Ibiza 2.0 8V

Wondering what people think of these, was looking at the 130PD but insurance is £200 pound cheaper and also the car is lower mileage than similar diesels of the age (which fit into my budget) Cheers Guys!
