tyre or wheels

Hi, Dont worry im not going ask what tyres people recommend.......lol proberbly sound daft to some people this question.... Ive got a spare set of wheels back of me shed with tyres on, been sitting there approx 5-6 months, would these be safe to put back on my car without worrying...
