After 2 years of neglect (my son was born!!) my Cupra R needs some TLC. I need to buy a new bumper (just the skin) after an argument with an effing great rabbit split it and a new passenger side side skirt after an argument with a kerb, the bonnet is also due a respary due to stone chips...

Spent 8 hours yesterday using Meguiars clay bar and wax here are the results:)

bought some halfords 5/50 fully synthetic oil, flush, filter and a set of bosch super 4's. Got the plugs in in 10 mins, silly pain that the last coil pack is covered by the vac chamber bolted on! anyway, came to changing the oil and experience told me to make sure i could get the sump plug...
