As a newbie I went down to quik fit today and it turns out that although half the tred on my front tires is thick, in places it is now illegal... Is that just the lot of 130bhp engines, is it the fact that I don't like to use my brakes for corners or is it bad allignment? Half of my front right...

Hi ppl im prity new to this so hi 2 every1. i have a mk4 ibiza cupra was thinkin about changing the alloys, and the alloys im looking at come with nankang ns1 tyres which the dealer says is a very good budget tyre, im not 2 sure has any1 had experience with these tyres!!

put the leon in for mot last week, must say very happy flew threw it with one advisory, front tyre near too limit , just what i need just before christmas. so after doing some reasearch went for two kumho ku31 i must say a very good tyre, took about 50 miles to scrub them in but value for money...

can people tell me the difference between running 205/45 17 and 205/40 17 coz i wana get some Yokohama Parada Spec 2 and there bout £85 for the 205/40 17 tires:D any help would be great
