    12v Power supply (fag lighter)

    Strange one here, my Mk1 Leon's fag lighter was always powered (even with ignition off) - this was dead handy for my work, being able to leave things on charge in the car. However my Mk2 FR this is not the case (powers on/off with ignition). Can I change this simply? :think:

    Im currenly installing my sound system and dials etc, my question is im gonna need about 4 cable to the battery, could i just run one cable from the battery into the car and run my amp, gauges etc off that cable?

    No 12V supply

    I have no 12 volt supply going to my cigarette lighter, tryed my Sat Nav in and it wouldn't work and also the cigarette lighter pushes in but doesn't pop out. Does it use its own indpendent fuse? Because everything else works. Wheres the fuse box?

  5. Does the V5 (170)have a power supply in boot?

    Wondered if you can plug in cool boxes etc into adaptor in boot of the V5? My cig lighter has stuck and I can't remove it so need an alternative.Cars at home so can't nip out to check Cheers Jim
