stud

Has anyone done one? I hate wheel bolts myself, find studs loads better. If you have done the conversion, what studs did you use? 20mm bigger ones needed for the rear too with spacers im guessing ;)

Just to confirm, are the rear discs on a standard 2001 Cupra 4 stud? Just spent a few hours removing my old rear discs, only to find out iv been sent 5 stud replacments :cry: Been putting it off for ages aswell!

Have a 1.6 16v mk1 leon and looking for some new alloys. Could some one tell me what the stud diameter is? or if there is a way for me to find out. Do you think some 18" rs4 replicas with 112 stud dia would fit? Thanks

Right ive tryed searching but not found what i wan't has anyone out there got the skirts off their car and able to measure the locations of the studs which hold the side skirts on. If you do please let me know. Cheers Mike

I'm in the middle of removing the OE heat exchanger plate and fitting an oil cooler, anyone have any tips on how to remove the long threaded stud that the oil filter and cooler are screwed on to, I've got everything off and just need this stud off so I can fit the short one and Mocal plate...

can anyone help me with telling me what stud pattern the leons are, got it down as 5 x 95 but not totally sure thats right. trying to sell a set of replica alloys that came off my leon and ppl keep asking me the question of what stud pattern are they.

I think i deffinately want some wheels that Ive seen but they only come in 5x100 or 5x112. So I dont want to use adaptors, what will be easiest, new hubs/brakes (from a golf or similar) Or have the current hubs re-drilled? Also if it makes a difference, I have drums on the back atm

How hard would it be to change to 1m leon axles front and back? I know it will be complicated, but i need to extend the track width and thought "hey, why not convert to 5 stud at the same time?" I assume i will need custom driveshafts? The wheel hub will need to be extended maybe? Any help...
