Replacing Stadard Stereo with Normal DIN size?

Please advise where the best place is to get the correct removal tools for the standard AURA CD/Player from my 2005 Leon FR & where do i get the DIN Converter housing? dealers or halfords ??? Iam i right in thinking the Battery Live & Ignition live are the otherway around in these Cars ...
