    20VT Oil Flashing & No Turbo Spool

    Light beneath the oil temp started flashing the other day, we changed the oil and thought we had fixed it but its back again and the turbo is barely audiable compared to its usually quite loud spool. Any ideas of how much this might cost to get fixed? dont want to get ripped off through lack...

    DIY replacing spool in defect turbo

    Question, If I were to buy a defect turbo, could I DIY fit new seals etc and a spool if there was, say, too much play on the spool? I saw kits selling on the internet, but wondering if anyone has done this themselves. Or is it truly necessary to get this done by a proper firm? reason...

    I'm sure I've rad on here (but can't find it) that the turbo spools at around 2000rpm? Mine spools at under 1500rpm, nearer to 1300rpm. It's a Leon Cupra 150PD.

    when driving along off boost when i put my foot down how quick should it get to peak boost? my car has ko3s 3"d/p remap, fmic etc, peaks at around 20psi when driving i can be going along in second at 1.5 k rpm then put foot down doesent reach 20psi till about 3.5-4k this sound about...
