Gettin new shoes for my baby, but what size ?

I have a 1.6 liter gasoline engine. I'm thinking of getting the new 19" RS4 rims. But lots of people around me says that 19's will be way bigger. I saw a picture of the rims on a Leon, and it's awesome. After that pic i'm thinking that the 18's is kinda small for the Leon. what you guys saying...
