rubbing or scuffing

Odd rubbing/scuffing sound when going slow

Hi peeps, im getting an odd rubbing/graunching/scuffing sound when im going slow, it gets louder to a point as you speed up then goes. All I can thing of is that it may be my brakes?? Any other ideas?
