rocking

Strange one this, noticed this morning that if i move the steering wheel from lock to lock, the front of the car 'rocks'.... i.e. turn the steering wheel to turn 'right', and the front right of the car 'lifts', and the front left 'drops'.... anyone else noticed this, or is there something...
