rocker

This weekend im hoping to do a few bits to the car including polishing my inlet mani and rocker cover. just wondering if anybody has any hints or tips on the best way to remove the 2. Is it a hard task to complete? Is there anything that is likly to go wrong that could end up in a big repair...

i bought an ABF rocker cover from F2_Stu a while back, must have been april, and i want to get it polished, just wondering if it'll fit the 1.8 16v ADL lump that i've got? should do really i think the only thing that's different is the bottom end between those engines isnt it? any help mucho...

Got a replacement cover to get either polished or painted yesterday. Now wondering is simple enough removing it is there anything i need to look out for?

I replaced my rocker cover gasket a couple of weeks ago and after removing the manifold and rocker cover I noticed that the new gasket set had a ridge all the way around. It looked like it should have fitted into a groove on the lip of the cover but there wasn't one! I trimmed this lip off...
