rivets

Hey! I’ve got a seat leon mk2 FR 2007. went to change tweeters in the door and they look like this.... (see picture) any advice on How to change them? The black rivets are where the bolts are supposed to be..I’m unsure how to change these to bolts or even how to remove them? Any help is appreciated

Am I being a melon or are these plastic rivets a bit of nightmare to get off (above the grill)? Am trying to fit the honeycombe and am stuck at hurdle 1... doesn't say much! Thanks Guy

I did a quick serch but couldn't find anything on this issue. I'll try my best to explain this without any pictures. I'm changing the door speaker on my leon and have removed the trim and drilled out the rivets for the speaker but the holes that are then left behind are bigger than the...
