removing or replacing

Merry xmas to everyone... I´ve just removed the lover arms on the front susp. to replace the front (rear) wishbones to VT ones (supplied by Bill@badger5) Does anyone know how much pressure is needed to remove the old ones and to replace the new ones. Guessing I´m needing a hydraulic press...

Hi, I have just discovered that my aerial has actually snapped; a good reason why the radio reception is so crap! Now, I've tried searching on Google, Ebay and also here, but no joy on removing/replacing the aerial. I'm sorry if this has been asked before, but I could not find anything...
