refurbing

Hi can i have some advice on the best way to refurb a set of brembo calipers on a LCR back to the standard finish i have also purchased another set of brembo stickers aswell :D All help will be appriciated :)

aup im considering getting my wheels done in black. at the mo they are like two tone with black on the inside and only silver on the out flat spokes. anyone got pics of black wheels on LCR - red LCR if poss? how much does this cost etc?

Im going to do a refurb on my LCR wheels, the car is black but not sure on what colour to go for, does anyone have any pics or black leons with standard wheels in different colours. there is no damage to my current wheels it is just a case of sand down and respray.

Hi guys. Does anyone know where can rerfurb brake calipers? Put in new pistons/seals etc? I've heard Bigg Red are good. Is there anywhere else?

Hi Guys, got some wheels off good old ebay and need of a clean up ect, one thing i wanted to check if i can use t-cut on the painted section of the alloy? probly a dumb question but just wanted to be sure it wouldnt ruin them ect, theres only light cleaning marks i want taken off not deep...

Hi, I wanted to re-furb my LCR alloys to a gloss anthracite colour. However, the problem I have is I don't have a spare set of wheels to put on while being re-furbed. I dont really wish to buy a spare set of wheels for my car just for a few days as I only want the LCR wheels on my car...

I'm considering getting the standard wheels refurbed as there a bit of mess now but was wondering what other people have done when wanting to leave them silver! The standard finish is kinda matt and has no shine but am scared to powder coat them silver in case they look c**p . I would go...

Does anyone have any numbers of anyone that will refurb my brembos as the 2 of the pistons are stuck??

If I get just one alloy refurbished due to a few blemishes will it be noticable? ie. will it look a little lighter in colour than the other three which don't need done?

Hi All Ive got some 2nd hand alloys for our old Golf but they looks like they could do with a refurb as theres some bad corrosion on a couple of them. So does anyone know the steps to refurb them? Is it just a case of rubbing them back and repainting? Any guides? Cheers

Just took wheels off and sending to be refurbbed and powder coated in high gloss black finish While they are away I want to refub my brake calipers. Laquer(sp) coming off BREMBO'S and rears going pink :blink: Best way to do it??? Rub all down and repaint ane apply new brembo logo...
