Rattling/Squeeking Under HeadUnit

The Previous owner of my car sent it away to have extra speakers, amps, subs and all that lot fitted by a company, and i have found that all the cabling behind/under the headunit is very messy and is causing lots of squeeking and rattling as the cables bang against the tray that slots in there...
