Any one been up against a Nissan Pulsar GTIR

I did last night on the way home from work, boy he was quick every time we hit the open speed limit I would floor it and he did to. Could'nt shake him, but then he could'nt get passed me either not even on the twisty's. I dont think his car was standard, exhaust sounded mighty and it only looked...
