Is it safe to turn up the boost from the turbo and how much from and to? Just i wanted abit more pull from the turbo but i dont know how to go about it... What is the standard PSi and how much can i SAFELY turn it up to on a standard car?

Fitted a boost guage yesterday to my leon cupra and seem to have very low boost reading im ruuning ptorque stage 1 with forge 007p and milltek non res cat/back, just a rough idea of anyone elses reading as I fear I have a kinked hose or split : (

Only recently my Cupra has only been peaking at 2 PSI!! Its usually 14/15 but really doesn't kick in now.. Ive had no indications and the engine still runs and idles fine, just doesnt get any boost :( What should I try? Is my turbo about to die?
