Stock Head-Unit to Amp Pre-Out?

Does anyone know which device i will need to convert my standard head-unit to get an amp pre-out?? Done some research into it but cannot find anything also looked on google and fairly hard to see which connection i require!! Anyone else done this to their MK3?
