Pre-cat lambda heater circuit...
I have the fault codes 17511 and 17524 which both relate to the heater circuit on the lambda sensor before the cat. Reading past threads, its a good idea to check the wiring and also the resistance in the circuit before shelling out on a new sensor. Has anyone done this before and can tell...- storeyd

Removal of pre-cat
When I ran a couple of vx,s and I had the pre-cat taken out of both (this was where the manifold meets the exhast and only put there to comply with eec rules). On the turbo model the space where the pre-cat was replaced by a straight pipe. This did not effect the the ecu. This increased bhp to...- johnvx220
