96 1.9 TDi low power problems
Just picked up a very cheap '96 Toledo with the 1.9 TDi engine. It is drastically low on power under 2000 revs. After 2K it gets a move on OK, till 4000 when it's all gone again. Is this usual or is something amiss? I guess it's going to need an air/fuel/oil filter change and have some...- dexterbuzz
