I bought a second hand 2014 Leon FR DSG last year. It didn't come with paddles on the steering wheel.
I really want them added, and was wondering:
* Have any of you replaced your steering wheel to the one with paddles?
* How much did it cost?
* Did everything work, or did the car...
I've got a DSG Cupra and have recently been looking at paddle extensions.
I'm not massively keen on the stick on ones, so have been looking for replacement paddles.
Unfortunately you can't get these for the Leon (You can get ones for the Golf R and Golf though and they are Expensive!).

I am about to order the cupra ateca, so I cant figure the following out myself (just yet).
Could the S2T aftermarket shift paddles fit the Ateca? Or the VWR (VW Racingline) paddles for that matter.

a friend of mine bought a 2008 Seat Leon 2.0 TDI + DSG and he's wondering if it's possible to buy the steering wheel with paddles and the wiring harnesses needed for it to work on his car.

klawit - do you know the parts required?
I find I do not use the manual mode on the stick as you end up with your hand off the wheel for too long as with the tdi the rev range is so short.
