As most of us know the roads are crap at the moment with 15ft pot holes in some parts of the country, I've resorted back to my 17's for the moment for a couple of reasons.
Is any one running 225/45/18 tyres and if so how do you find them?? Is there enough clearance?
Given that not many people have added a set of four of these tyres to the MK2 Leon, its not something anyone can best advise on perhaps.
That said, I have been looking at getting a set of 888 or R1-R tyres, but am going against the idea now due to Toyos decision to only sell them through...

Hello All, i've just got a cupra tdi and the rubber on it is not so good(falken) so i thought that i could change the wheels at the same time.
so do the 225/40/18 fit with out rubbing, or am i stuck with 17's and better off getting decent rubber 215/40/17
