Im not receiving an email notification for new posts in my readers ride thread. It comes up in my subscriptions in the control panel but no email. Any ideas?

Hi, I recently upgraded my internet provider. Since doing so I haven't recieved any e-mail notification of new posts. I've checked my Default Thread Subscription Mode, which is set to - Instant e-mail notification. Can anyone help me out?
