Different camshafts for 1.9 TDI 110 KS (non-PD)

PD engine oil in a non-PD engine
someone HELP!!! i have a Seat Leon TDi 90bhp 66kw (ALH) 2001, i gave my car to a local garage who changed the cambelt, water pump and tensioners and oil and filters etc, since ive got it back the turbo doesnt kick in as good as it used to. Usually after 1900rpm you could feel the torque but now...- fahafiz
