ibiza 130 pd noise/vibration

My ibiza fr tdi has been remapped now for about 3000miles, there is a heavy vibration through the gearbox when accelerating in 5th or 6th gear around 2k rpm. I know my friends ibiza 130 does something similar but my car is alot louder and has got louder in the last 1000 miles. Any thought would...
