whooshing noise in or near throttlebody

i took my throttlebody of last week to clean it i put it back on today and started the car all was fine it idiled a bit high but then i went for a drive and now it makes a whoshing sound when i let the acclarator go soon as i press it again it stops any one have any idear what it could possibey...
