moments

It doesnt seem to be pulling like its 200bhp+ first is fine, second can have a bit of a delay and then it kicks in and all the other gears are the same, comes to a stand still then kicks... what could be causing this? It also doesnt seem to want to exceed 120ish (private track) my...
