CUPRA : RRI measures the power provided at the wheel hubs

There are rumours around real output power pushed by CUPRA´s engine. Manufacturer states engine power, but it is power "at wheels" what moves with car. We have to consider losses in transmission and etc. So when the measuring at the wheel hubs shows the same results as manufacter states, it...
