Coolant level unclear marking

I have the dreaded three beeps in the morning and went to check the coolant level. There are two lines on the exp. bottle about 2cm apart with stars between the lines and it says min on the bottom line. But there is no max marking even though the handbook shows it.:confused: Can someone...
