lightend flywheel, gud or not so gid idea? anybody no?

Hi all just after some info and feedback on changing the flywheel on my lcr, it's had a stage 2 remap and all the bits done but just want to no who's changed their fly and what you put on. I was looking at a helix clutch kit but have been told it will make the gear box noisy. I would be realy...
