Infotainment profile/user settings

Just upgraded from a SEAT Leon 2021 e-hybrid to a CUPRA Leon 2025 e-hybrid, so far mostly an excellent update. However, can't get the user/profiles to work on the infotainment system. I assume it would work as it does on the old SEAT system, where when you switch users that users settings and...
