LCR possibly on last legs - Head Gasket Gone

Well never seems to end with my LCR on Saturday had 2 coilpacks die on me and managed to get replacements and fitted yesterday and car felt great. Now today went to pick the missus up and car felt really sluggish so got home had some tea and went out to have a look at and fired her up only...
