KO4-23 EGT sensor question.

Hi all, I have put the K04-23 turbo, mani, injectors etc on my AYP block. This turbo has a EGT sensor on it but my AYP ECU doesnt need that reading, so I was wondering is it possible to connect it to a EGT gauge? It has electrical connections so not sure if I can use the existing cable or...
