ko3s to ko4-023

I have mk1 180bhp cupra AUQ engine i need a new turbo i was thinking about putting the KO4-23 in instead of the ko3s. If I was to do that what else would I need for that conversion please bear with me I'm new to the 1.8t fancied a change from my cooper s
