huddering

Just as my 110 tdi comes on boost around 1800 revs in 3rd, 4th and 5th there is a shudder, but goes around 2000 revs. A friend suggested it could just be an injector problem and that i should flush them out. But i just aint sure. It happens in a straight line and around corners. Please...
