When high beams are activated the projectors do not tilt up

Hi All, I recently bought a 2022 Seat Leon FR Sport and I've noticed when I turn on my highbeams the projectors do not tilt up like seen in test reviews online. Is this correct as I've spoken to the dealer and they have told me the projectors are static when the high beams are on. When driving...
