Urgent AURA help-no music!

Hi I got my car back from respray today (MY03 Leon Cupra), they have obviously disconnected the battery so the radio was reading SAFE then 1000 when i got back in got my handbook out and put in my radio code and held "PROG" as it says, it says that an audible beep will sound and the radio...
