Hi all, It’s great that the workshop manual has been listed previously, been a great help. You would think that given the amount of MK3s on the road now that a Haynes would be available soon, maybe it will be getting developed since the release of the MK4 last year. Anyone in the know about this?

I have a 1.8 20v AUTO Toledo would the VW passat Haynes manual suffice for this model of car or is there too many differences? Alternatively is there another model of Haynes which would be better?

The fan which blows air into the cabin is obviously conected to the circular control dial 0,1,2,3,4. My question is, is there anything in between? The switch is fine yet the fan only works on number 4. I would have thought a problem on the fan would mean it did not work at all...

I have a mk1 leon cupra (auq engine). i constantly hear that such and such a part for a mk4 golf will fit or something else form an audi a3 and so on. i cant find a seat leon haynes manual so i'm going to have to settle for either the golf or the a3... but i'm not sure which would be more...

i was just looking at getting the haynes manual so i can do some bits if need be and it says covers 1.4 litre (1390cc SOHC and 1391cc) Does NOT cover 1390cc DOHC how do i know what one i have ? i havent opened the bonnet yet really (only had it 2 days ) mike
