washed the car today and noticed when drying it off that the o/s tail lamp which is in the tailgate is filling up with water,is this a common fault and is there a fix?

anyone ever seen gold rims on a MK1 Leon? thought about gold 18" Superturismo GT's on a red leon. No idea what is would look like. but would be interested to see
