gearboxes

hello i have had and killed 3 boxes over the last 6 mounths so i wasw woundering if any other boxes will fit ?? i have a 1999 1.4 apq and i think the box code is ero?? many thanks

looking at possibly changing the gearbox shifter on my ibiza, can you convert a rod box to a cable? if so what's required? Cheers chris

Does anybody know if a 6 speed box from either a 1.9tdi 130 or a Tdi Cupra (or even a standard 20VT box) will fit a lesser 1.9tdi, with a non-PD engine?

A mate of mine is having to replace a gearbox on a Y plate 2.0 16v turbo Cupra Ibiza as it has destroyed the crown wheel and is stuck in gear. He has found a replacement at a scrap dealer but it is from an R plate 2.0 16v non turbo, does anyone know if the ratio's are the same and if there is...
