ibiza cupra fuel/fuel gauge problems?

Hi everyone, had my mk3 cupra about a week. I don't know if this is common to all ibizas or if it's just mine so just thought I would ask... The fuel gauge seems all over the place.. one minute its at 3/4s next its at half a tank etc. The other day the petrol light came on and the gauge...
