Leon FR PD170 no power until 1500RPM

Hello, I’ve been trying to find out what this issue could be but still havent found a solid answer yet, my leon has almost no power until 1500rpm, everyone says at first it could be turbo lag but its way worse than that. After 1500rpm the turbo does kick in and it shoots off but surely the turbo...
