firework

Hi guys got a 2005 ibiza 1.4 16v S and it makes a funny noise when first applying the throttle. It does it in every gear when first applying throttle (i.e from no throttle at all). Best desribed as like a firework without the bang, weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee any ideas? car doesnt seen affected...
