Hi,
i am considering getting a remap for my FR tdi and have come across a company called Chip Express. I am just wondering if anyone has any experience of them, as i like the idea of a plug in adjustable tuning unit, but have never personally heard of this company before.

Similar review to other mags but I think it's the first I've seen using a UK car. I note in the photos that the exhaust looks a bit naff up close. It may be just the angle of the photo...
Saw your car, mods included big wheels dunno what make, big rear spoiler and brake calipers with seat logo on which inspired me to do mine! It was parked in Zone F long stay parking express the other week i'm always on the look out for forum members saw the seatcupra.net stickers!

There is a review of Altea FR in the latest AE. It's pitted against the Octavia VRs estate for some reason...and they chose the diesel Altea and the petrol Octavia...dontcha just like magazines that do balanced reports...NOT!!!!
Anyhows, they rate the Octavia better...

Apparently it's looking a bit dated now and, sadly, they still refer to the hard plastics but I can definitely see a bootlight in the photos...
The Auto Express site has got a brief review of the facelifted Mk 4 Ibiza. Nothing I've not heard before although there is a reference to it as a £14,000 car so perhaps SEAT have put the price back to what it was originally. Or perhaps Auto Express have got it wrong...
