How to connect Ipod cost effectly?

I have a mk4 seat ibiza (2 door - 1.4 100hp - radio cd sound system) I want to connect ipod to my sound system? But I dont want to spend so much money for a complete solution like dension etc. Is there a cost effectly way to solve this issue? How? Thanks...
