dv30

Hi after replacing my stock DV with the Bailey Dv30 recirc the car started to run poorly, i.e juddering, not pulling well etc. It was running fine with the stock one. I tried reversing it but made no difference. Put the stock one back in a now running fine again. Weird! Any ideas why?

is there much difference in the sound ??

Ive got a bailey dv30 im running an open cone filter and a remap, now not that im bothered but every thread i have read regarding the dv everyone seems to be saying its really loud with an open cone, now mine is quieter than the standard one was with the open cone so just wondering could...

Hi everybody! Just fitted the Bailey DV30 and I have noticed it have a silent "wooosh" sound when lifting the throttle...only when you give it some peanuts...but it is"louder" than the stock bosch DV. Is that normal? It does not bother me, I'm just curious whether the sound should be there...

Hi all, This weekend I fitted a Auto Guage boost guage on my cupra, gauge seems to work fine, but since fitting it the DV has started to chatter on dumping boost, also its only making about 12psi, I know the car has been custom mapped by Jabba, so it should be making more than that...

Does anyone have any pics of there dv30 fitted. just wanna check i fitted mine correctly, Thanx
