Alloys - dont know what to do...

Ive recently bought a seat ibiza mk4 1.2.. my first step is gettin decent alloys, cant decide whether to get 16's or 17's and if lowering the car would be necessary?? any help?????:confused:

Alright folks, thought i'd post up pics of my ibiza and see what you think I should do next thats cheap and effective :p been thinking about a new grill, tints or lowering but really dont want it rubbin. there is a backbox on it btw just cant see in those snaps! cheers
