having just come from the world of 20vT, alot of poeple are in the habit of drilling and smoothing their air boxes. Just wondered if there was any point in doing it on a TDI?
I have some condensation in my headlight, i done a search on here and some people reccomend drilling a hole in the back of the light to allow it to breathe.
I would prefer to avoid this, but is there any other way of finding a way of preventing it from building up?

I want to mount a crossover/equaliser and fuse/distribution blocks to the side walls of my Leon boot.

found a couple of ideal holes to route power and ground back from the battery under the windscreen to the passenger footwell, they arent quite big enough for a 4 gauge+ground wire.
is it a bad idea to drill them out a bit?
I have been told that you can get a good noise out of the traditional airfilter by drilling the Airbox with holes. Has anyone done this and what doese it sound like? any pictures and coments would be good. and if you have a sound clip of what it sounds like.
