decoding

I've phoned my local SEAT dealer, and they dont have the facility for doing de-coding (wtf?) and they cant suggest where I could get it done as they just send them away elsewhere. Anyone have any suggestions? Im stumped :shrug:

mate of mines just swapped his stereo & cd player & gave me the standard head unit & 6 cd changer from his Cordoba SX. Trouble is he'd not had the car long & when he bought it, he wasn't given the stereo code. I've tried both in my car & cd changer works fine. The stereo lights up but just says...
